For over a year we have had a sign-in for managers to be presented with information the pages which the everyday viewer does not need or want to see on our pages. Towards the end of May 2004 we introduced a more comprehensive membership system to provide users of the site with additional facilities on our pages, including allowing Members to interact with the site.
One facility we hope to introduce in the near future is for a 'discussion' section on each page allowing Members to add their own remarks and comments on the page they are viewing. This should be ready and on-line about mid-June.

The Discussion facility has come on-line early - on June 1st.

By July, we hope top provide members with the ability to edit pages which relate to a particular location such as a town or village in the West Country, whether the place generally, or a club, group or individual activity in that particular place.

Signing up is simple from our Home Page, all that is required is your email address and the password of your choice. An activation code will be emailed to you within minutes (this can take up to ten or fifteen minutes to arrive at your mail server, depending on who provides your email service). Use the Action Code instead of your chosen password the first time that you sign in and presto!.

Membership of the swuklink web-site is entirely at the discretion of the owners and operators of the site and their agents authorised as managers of the site.
